An 18-year-old American tourist tossed her newborn out a second-floor window of a Paris hotel Monday, killing the infant, authorities say.
Screams erupted at the ibis Styles hotel in the city’s bohemian 20th arrondissement, or administrative district, around 6 a.m., according to Paris Match.
Police rushed to the scene and found the baby, who could not be revived, the Paris prosecutor’s office said in a statement to The Post.

The young mother was taken into custody at the budget hotel, the prosecutor’s office said.
Authorities are investigating whether the horrific incident was a case of “denial of pregnancy,” in which a new mother is not aware she is pregnant until birth or is not able to accept she is pregnant, the office said.
The teen has only been identified as a US national who was part of a group of traveling young adults.
The case will be investigated as a homicide of a minor under the age of 15, according to the statement.
